What is the PODER Collective Fellowship?

Is a one-of-a-kind, game-changing Fellowship designed to expand your leadership capacity and transform how you show up in your career and life.

Grounded in practical, neuroscience-backed tools for business, PODER equips you with strategies you can immediately apply to innovate, make confident decisions, elevate performance, and lead with emotional intelligence.

Our approach is engaging, direct, and real-world driven (no cheesy trust falls, promise!). Everything you learn is designed to produce tangible, visible results.

With an emphasis on application and sustainability, the fellowship helps you unlock your unique strengths and values so you can amplify your impact long after the program ends.

Program Overview

This is a 4-month immersive fellowship featuring:

  • 2 in-person full-day sessions

  • 4 virtual workshops (90 minutes each)

  • A “Teach–Learn–Practice” model to ensure immediate skill integration

  • A curriculum built around our P.O.D.E.R. framework:
    Purpose, Opportunity, Development, Empowerment, Results

Ideal Participants

The fellowship is designed for professionals who:

  • Demonstrate proven leadership skills and potential

  • Have 5+ years of professional experience

  • Hold defined career goals (and if you don’t, we’ll help you gain clarity)

  • Seek career advancement, leadership development, and meaningful growth

Graduation Requirements

To receive your certificate of completion:

  • Active participation is required

  • Participants may be excused from one virtual session only
